Welcome to the Ethics in Action Research and Education Center website.

Dr. Leslie Sekerka is the Director of the Center and an Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior at Menlo College in Atherton, CA.

The purpose of the Center is to conduct applied ethics research, promote undergraduate awareness of ethical issues, and to prepare students for graduate study as they examine ethical challenges in today’s business environment.

The research and educational programs provided by the Center are designed to explore and cultivate personal strengths and virtues in human development. In so doing, we support

organizational and individual ethical action, ethical decision-making and professional moral courage in the workplace.
