PRACTITIONER

Dr. Sekerka conducts workshops for business professionals and executives with a focus on organizational ethics and positive change.

Her interest is to build ethical strength by expanding ethics driven by rules and compliance to a focus that also exercises values in action as well. Workshops are designed to develop organizational and individual ethical strength by examining daily workplace routines and learning what promotes or curtails the decision to engage in right action.

She has worked with a number of businesses including General Electric, Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, Catholic Healthcare West, Rambus, SonicWall, and Affymetrix. Dr. Sekerka has also performed extensive research, education, and training efforts with the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Department of Defense, including officers in the Navy Supply Corps, Navy Medical Center, Navy Military Intelligence, and senior officials within the DOD.
